
As the port sponsor of the much loved and eagerly anticipated Tall Ships event, the UK’s largest listed residential landlord will be closely involved in all publicity and marketing leading up to and during the Race, including high-profile city-wide branding.The company, founded in 1912, specialises in regulated and life tenancies, residential developments and fund and property management.
Grainger Trust owns a residential portfolio of 12,000 units across the UK, with total property assets of £1.3 billion and had the best performing share price in the real estate sector in 2003.
Grainger Trust will work closely with Newcastle Gateshead Initiative which is responsible for the PR and marketing campaigns surrounding the event.
