OPENING HOURS
Sunday 24th July 1000 hrs to 2100 hrs Monday 25th to Wednesday 27th 1000 hrs to 2330 hrs Thursday 28th 1000hrs to 1700 hrs (provisional), Event control will advise when de-rig can commence (Ships will depart from 0800 hrs to 1200hrs)
SET UP TIMES
From Friday 22nd pm to Monday 25th 0930 hrs, Vehicular access will then be restricted to between Midnight and 0930hrs each day All roads leading to your site will be closed from 0930 hrs each morning from Monday,
SITE SECURITY
24 Hour security will be on site(s) from Thursday 21st to Thursday 28th (pm)
CAR PARKING
Gateshead, HFW Plastics ( 200 yards from exhibitors site ) Newcastle, Behind Spillers Flour Mill (to be confirmed)
Car park passes will be allocated on arrival by the site manager (Gateshead :- Chris Withers. Newcastle, :- Ray Basson )
Both car parking areas will have security cover until 0100 hrs.
