Accommodation Bookings
Accommodation has been arranged for delegates at hotels within easy reach of The Sage Gateshead and should be booked online through this site.

It's easy to make your booking:

1. Click on the 'Hotel Details' tab above or the hotel names below for descriptions of the hotels and rates.

2. Click the 'Check Availability Calendar' button for each hotel to check availablity for your required nights.

3. When you've selected your preferred hotel, click the green 'Book Online' button to make your booking and follow the on-screen instructions

4. Please have your credit/debit card details ready as an 8% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your booking (this will be deducted from the cost of your stay).  The balance is then payable to your hotel on departure. This is a secure site using bank safe technology from the Royal Bank of Scotland.

5. When your booking is successful, you will receive confirmation of all your accommodation details on screen and by e-mail together with full contact details for your hotel. If you wish to amend or cancel your booking, please contact your hotel direct. The email you receive is also your receipt for your booking deposit - you are advised to print a copy for your records.

Room are available for four nights from Saturday 24th June 2006. If you would like to stay any extra nights, please email us at conventionbureau@ngi.org.uk.
