1. Entry is dependant on the correct completion of the registration form.
2. The winner will be the first name(s) drawn at random from all the entries received and drawn.
3. Only one entry per household.
4. Employees of Newcastle Gateshead Initiative, their agencies and immediate families are not eligible to enter.
5. Entries must not be sent through agents or third parties. Any such entries will be invalid.
6. The winner will be notified by post, telephone or email within 10 days of the draw.
7. The winner's name(s) will be available 10 days after the draw by enclosing a stamped, self-addressed envelope and writing to: Newcastle Gateshead Initiative, eNews Competition, 4th Floor, Central Square South, Newcastle, NE1 3AZ.
8. The prize is non-transferable and consists of one prize of £200. Prize will be issued by cheque.
9. All entrants must be aged 16 or over.
10. The prizes are as advertised and no alternatives are available.
11. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The promoter of the prize draw is Newcastle Gateshead Initiative.
